Some base things about enha shammy in PvP:
Enha Shammy is a melee class that also uses spell attacks. Is not recommended to newcomers because you need lots of dexterity and a good movement.
Stats Agi>Mastery>Crit...no haste, haste is not good, haste is bad, very bad. Haste makes us waste from Windfury Attack because of the internal CD - 3 s.
195 spell pen soft cap, 220 spell pen cap
blue gear 3000 resil, cheap enchants
epic gear 350-3800 resil, expensive enchants
4% hit rating(3% if you are draenei)


Race:

I recommend orc because of: Axe Specialization (wowhead link),Blood Fury (wowhead link),Hardiness (wowhead link), Command (wowhead link)

Troll Berserking (wowhead link), it's good for casters not for enha

Tauren Endurance (wowhead link), Nature Resistance (wowhead link), War Stomp (wowhead link), pretty resistant, but not good enough.

Goblin Rocket Jump (wowhead link), just a funny race

Draenei Heroic Presence (wowhead link), Shadow Resistance (wowhead link),Gift of the Naaru (wowhead link) good racial - hit

Dwarf Frost Resistance (wowhead link),Mace Specialization (wowhead link), Stoneform (wowhead link), recommeded to be used with 2 maces, otherwise it's useless.

Gear

For PvP, of course you need PVE gear with alot of team spirit and fight agility.
Just kidding...you need lots of PvP Gear with around 3000 resil. Usualy, when you hit this cap you stop using resil boost or resil sockets.
At 3000 resil we are pretty vulnerable, but for full bloodthirsty is enough. When you start winning arenas and gain vicious items, you should stop around 3.5 3.8 k resil.
All you need for the beginnin is the gear from honor points. Also some good items can be found in tol barad.

Weapons
Old problem with enha weapons. Weapons 2.6 - good damage, fast weapons = wasted windfury.
So go for 2.6 weapons (fist or axe if you are orc because you have increased expertize). 2.6 Weapons influences the damage of our base attack Lava lash (wowhead link). While our weapon is slower, the damge is higher.

Set
Always keep 4 items because of the bonuses (shoulders, gloves, chest and pants) and for head go for the engineering one because it has 2 sockets cowgwheel very good. First you can go for Mystic Cogwheel, then you can go for a Fractured Cogwheel with Mystic Cogwheel ... depends on the situation.

Offpieces gear:
All you need to have at offpieces is Hit Rating. For cataclysm you need around 4 % hit chance, so to hit the cap you need:
Wrist, ring/belt (+set gloves) - each piece gives you around 1% hit rating, so 4 items are enough.
As of other pieces go for MASTERY or Crit.

Spell penetration until 220 Enchant Cloak Greater Spell Piercing
You can use the back enchant with +70 spell penetration and 3 gems with 50 spell pen[Stormy Ocean Sapphire)
Other blue sockets go for Shifting Demonseye
Meta
Powerful Shadowspirit Diamond – for survival (stacks good with Hardiness (wowhead link))
Agile Shadowspirit diamond for lots of damage!!!!!!!

REFORGING

All Critical- Mastery
All Haste- Mastery
Expertize - Mastery( expertize is kinda useless in cataclysm, because some classes have lots of dodge and we need lots of it..)
Hit - mastery ( only if you are above 4% hit chance)
Why all the stats reforged into Mastery? Because mastery is ultra good. And improves our best hit: Lava Lash
Mastery= burst , so act like masters:D

Head : Arcanum of the Ramkahen or Arcanum of Vicious Agility
Umeri : Greater Inscription of Shattered Crystal or Greater Inscription of Vicious Agility
Cloak: Enchant Cloak Greater Spell Piercing or Enchant Cloak=Greater Critical Strike
Chest: Enchant Chest Peerles stats
Wrist : Enchant Bracer- Agility or if you have LW( which is recommended, along engi) stamina/agility( stamina boost is insane at LW) Draconic Embossment - Agility (wowhead link), Draconic Embossment - Stamina (wowhead link)
Gloves: Enchant Gloves-Greater Mastery
Belt : Ebonsteel Belt Buckle where you add a delicate inferno ruby
Legs Charscale Leg Armor
Feet: Enchant Boots ;Mastery
Rings" pentru enchanteri Enchant Ring - Agility (wowhead link),Enchant Ring - Greater Stamina (wowhead link)
Don't use expensive enchants on the blue gear, go for the cheap ones.

For Weapons:
Enchant weapon Landslide---- i'd go for both weapons
Encahnt Weapon-hurricane (wowhead link) ... haste isnt too good but you can use it on your offhand.
Pyrium Weapon Chain on Off hand!

Weapon Imbue

Windfury (wowhead link)+ Flametongue (wowhead link)= burst dmg, Huge Criticals with Lava Lash (wowhead link)
Windfury (wowhead link) + Frostband (wowhead link); if you want to piss off your enemies
If Flametongue (wowhead link) isnt scaled right, i'd recommend to try 2x Windfury (wowhead link)... but!!!
2x Windfury (wowhead link) means 36% proc chance, and damage varies from the damage of your off hand and main hand weapons.
Lots of people say that windfury on off hands is reduced by the main hand winfury because windfury has 3s internal cd.

Strength of Earth Totem for long fights, i don't use it so it's your choice
Fire
Searing Totem always!!!! very important because it gives us Searing Flames (wowhead link), which influences Lava Lash damage.
Water
Healing Stream Totem
Air
Grounding Totem until you absorb one spell then you use
Windfury Totem. Try to keep Windfury Totem because Grounding Totem has a big Cd.

Spell rotation
1. Totems - use Call of the Elements and macros (if you have).
2.Unleash Element in case he is too far and you have Frostband Weapon on your off hand - to slow him down.
3.Spirit Wolves always up, they have a very useful Stun
4.Start with Lava Lash, even if you have no Searing Flames (wowhead link) stacked because until you get 5 stacks, the cd will be gone.
5.Stormstrike-->debuff
6.Flame Shock for rogues and mages and earth shock for damage. You can keep Flameshock on any target and Earth Shock between ticks.
7.Maelstrom Weapon->Lightning Bolt.

Spell rotation for killing blow
1.Feral Spirits + Bash
2. Trikets, Racials used in Macros
3.Stormstrike ( for debuf)
4.Lava Lash ( better with Searing Flames (wowhead link) on him)
5.Lighting Bolt.. you should have around 4 or 5 MW after stormstrike and lava lash

Know this post is old but just thought it might be useful to add this!!

I normally combine summon spirit wolves and spirit walk in one macro like this:

#showtooltip Feral Spirit
/startattack
/cast Feral Spirit
/petattack
/cast spirit walk

This WON'T use spirit walk as you summon your spirit wolves.
You will have to press the macro twice to use spirit walk - the first time will summon your wolves and the second time will cast spirit walk.
So in other words I press 4 the first time to summon my wolves, then when I need spirit walk I just press 4 again.
Just a way to save some space on your action bar hope this helped.

Instead your wolves will stun the target, I noticed it can't be controlled here (the bash). It's always on as you summon your wolves...

I dont see a talents, the rest in my opinion is maked well. I agree almost with all, i dont know all trinkets on cataclysm so i cant say about this.
For now im playing on freakz (but on Genesis) for about 1 week, when ill get better gear i think ill make more posts here.
