[DUPLICATE] Wrong Spawns @ NPCS

You might still encounter with NPC that should only be spawned on certain world events/should not be spawned anymore.

Please post them here if you are sure a NPC is wrongly spawned.

NPC-ul Pretty Boy Duncan este spawnat jos cand ar trebui sa fie sus pe punte si nu se poate lua questul, la fel si cu Garr Salthoof este in perete si ar trebui sa fie sus pe punta, langa carma , nu se poate lua quest nici de la el.

Eu tot nu pot sa iau questuri de la ei, sunt in alte parti dar dau click dreapta, isi face animatia characteru ca si cum ar vorbi dar nu imi apare nimic la nici unu

Nu stiu daca am dreptate, dar npc-u din shatrah de langa portale la care se predau deckurile nu mai este; e cumva spawmat timp de 1 sapt odata pe luna? L-am cautat cu npc finder si imi zice ca este activ.
