Explosive Shot Formula:
(RAP*0.273)+448 =1 tick

RAP:13866(CU GEAR)

(0.273*13866)+448= 4233,4 (non crit without increases)
+ 8% increased dmg from mastery ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=76658 ) (8*4233,4):100=338,6(8% mastery)
==> 4233,4+338,6=4572 (Dmg-ul final pentru un tick,cu mastery(8%,base mastery cu gear,pentru ca nu functioneaza cum trebuie mastery gain,deci ramane 8%) si fara alte increases)


RAP: 616(FARA GEAR)

(616*0.273)+448= 616,1(dmg-ul la un non crit tick,fara gear;WITHOUT INCREASES)
