I created an account, correct version of the game, down loaded the launcher, and even though I can log into the site, when I try in game it tells me the account name/password is wrong.

Have you downloaded the WoW Freakz Edition (the link to the torrent is posted on https://www.wow-freakz.com/ -> on the left-handed panel)?

I didn't think it was required I guess. I'll have to delete my current install and download that I guess. I was trying to avoid it because it takes several hours.

Download that version and tell me how it goes. There should be no problem.

Download that version and tell me how it goes. There should be no problem.

Downloaded and installed and still having the same problem. Says the user name and/or password are incorrect. I am logged into the site just fine with my udername and password, but it doesn't work to get into the game.

Have you tried to reset your password?
Make sure your realmlist.wtf is correct:

Be sure to access WoW through Wow.exe .

Am urmat pasii dar cand intru in joc si introduc contul si parola imi afiseaza un mesaj de genul "informatia pe care am introduso este invalida. sa verific ortografia accountuui si a parolei. si daca am nevoie de ajutor de ajutor pentru ca mi-am uitat contul sau parola sa intru pe wow-europe.com/login-suppoert pentru mai multe informatii".

Atentie sa introduci username-ul si parola cu care te-ai inregistrat pe http://www.wow.freakz.ro/ (sa nu cumva sa introduci emailul sau asa ceva).

Verifica sa ai introdus in realmlist.wtf doar atat si exact asa:

Usernameul e ok, e cel cu care m-am intregistrat. Parola la fel. Realmlistul e ok. Versiunea e cea de pe Freakz. Si tot nu merge...

Reseteaza parola si verifica daca merge.

Still won't work. Says user name is wrong or password. I've tried changing it as well and nothing.

Found the problem. I changed the rate defaults and it was messing with the game I guess.

Reseteaza parola si verifica daca merge.

Nu merge sa ma conectez. De pe site merge, imi vad caracterele, pot da unstuck, etc... Dar in joc zice ca informatiile nu sunt valide. Realmlistul este bun, firewall oprit... Am schimbat parola de 2 ori, la fel. Am facut alt cont, la fel.Spuneti-mi o rezolvare va rog!

Nici nu are cum sa-ti mearga UNSTUCK PTR daca tu folosesti WoW 4.0.6. UNSTUCK PTR e pentru realmul PTR (Public Test Realm) care functioneaza pe patch 4.3.4 si necesita alt cont pentru a intra pe el.

Ar trebui sa-ti mearga dupa ce resetezi parola, se poate sa nu faci tu ceva bine. Urmeaza pasii astia pentru resetarea parolei:
1. Accesezi http://www.wow.freakz.ro/edit.php .
2. Ai un camp acolo numit Password.
3. Introduci NOUA parola in campul Password.
4. Apesi pe Actualizeaza informatii din josul paginii.

Tot pe pagina respectiva asigura-te ca ai ratele serverului bifate si nu altele.

Daca tot nu iti merge, inseamna ca s-ar putea sa existe un virus in PC-ul tau care sa impiedice logarea in WoW. Nu fi tu asa de increzator ca PC-ul tau nu are nici o problema, pentru ca nu poti stii niciodata, de aceea iti recomand un full system scan cu antivirusul care il ai, de preferat BitDefender.
