n-ai prins ideea . el e instructor la sala . daca tot are concediu face si pauza . si eu fac in perioada asta pauza de sala ca tot plecat is...

macar tu ai inteles - si oricum nu-l vd prea sportiv pe quadez incat sa stie ca temperatura optima pt sportivi e de 16-18 grade Celsius. Si oricum in decursul anului 2012 nu am luat nici macar o pauza, si e bine ca odata la mult timp sa lasi organismul sa isi revina, ca dupa sa "sochezi" muschiul la sala, faci explozie musculara ^^ asta e si pt tine belfule -
