How come some people have Invincible Charger altough the server doesnt have Lich King ?

They might have it from an event, bought it with a donation or have played on WOTLK here and got it from the Lich King.

LK was added with a 99% blizzlike script while the server was running on 3.4.3. Also, during that period there were mount rewards for inviting friends to play here on the servers.
