Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ia bonus damage mult peste 12.5% per disease cat ar trebui

Tooltip-ul de la obliterate este: "A brutal instant attack that deals 150% weapon damage plus 650. Total damage is increased by 12.5% for each of your diseases on the target."
In joc zice 150% weapon damage plus 975 din cauza modului in care se calculeaza damage-ul skilului: (weapon damage + 650) * 1.5 = 150% weapon damage plus 975 cat arata momentan pe server.

Obliterate este un atac normalizat, deci la arma 1h vom avea 2.4 weapon speed normalizat
Formula: [(weapon_average_damage + ap * weapon speed / 14) + 650 ] * 1.5 * (1+ nr_disease* 0.125)
O sa calculez cu weapon average damage = 3+7 / 2 = 5

1'st screenshot(no disease): [(5 + 2057 * 2.4 / 14)+ 650] * 1.5 = 1511 average damage. Se poate vedea in screenshot ca este corect.
2'nd screenshot(1 disease): [(5 + 2057 * 2.4 / 14) + 650] * 1.5 * 1.125 = ~1700 average damage. In screenshot cu ~200 mai mult.
3'rd screenshot(2 disease): [(5 + 2057 * 2.4 / 14) + 650] * 1.5 * 1.25 = ~ 1889 average damage. In screenshot cu ~500 mai mult.
