Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Da si 20% melee haste pe langa acel 20% increased rune regeneration.
Dovada / Proof: http://i48.tinypic.com/i5awqw.jpg -> fara presence 1.78 speed
http://i45.tinypic.com/nxjp20.jpg -> cu blood presence cu talentul activat. 1.78 / 1.2 = 1.48 speed

Arma are 1.8 speed, eu am 1.78 pt ca relicul are 108 haste rating.

PS: am pus si PvP la topic pt blood dk-i care fac pvp talentul asta buguit ii face si mai op decat sunt.

Fixed sa nu mai dea melee attack speed nici Runic Corruption si nici Improved Blood Presence

Totodata, fixed sa nu se mai primeasca rune regen speed din attack speed auras (gen Windfury Totem), dar sa continue sa primeasca din haste rating buffs si unele haste spells gen Bloodlust
Sunt multe posturi cum ca ar trebui sau nu sa afecteze, daca are cineva DOVEZI CONCRETE DE PE BLIZZARD, sa le posteze
