Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Formula de calcul incorecta, da mai mult damage decat trebuie.
Dovada / Proof:

Ce ar trebui sa scrie in tooltip: You attempt to finish the wounded target off, firing a long range attack dealing 150% weapon damage plus [543 + 45% of RAP] Kill Shot can only be used on enemies that have 20% or less health.
La noi pe server in tooltip la additional damage nu este inclus acel 543 damage.

Formula corecta: (100% weapon dmg + 45% RAP + 543) * 150% (sursa: EJ)
unde weapon damage = avg dmg of the weapon + RAP / 14 * 2.8

math:
[(3 + 6914 * 2.8 / 14) + 0.45 * 6914 + 543] * 1.5 = [ 1385.8 + 3111.3 + 543 ] * 1.5 = 7560 average damage trebuia sa dau; diferenta de 1.2k fata de ss.
