Wasnt there a post on the main website ago when the server was being ported that the Icc buff u get from gorrash or the ally leader gives. was going to be put into lower tier raids of cata?

That was supposed to be given only so that people who didn't kill bosses like AC or ODS on hc, could kill them before the new patch. In other words, to help noobs get gear before the patch.

It was definitely a good thought by the staff to try and get everyone on an equal footing for this next patch. However, I'm glad to see it go. In my opinion it ruins the difficulty that is expected with these bosses. The guilds and members that work hard to master the strategies and work together are rewarded with bosses being downed. And on the other side, those not willing to put in that effort won't get carried by a buff.
