The EXP rate is still bugged.

The EXP rate for all is still 10x, is anyone else having this problem? I have set my rate for 1x, but I still get 10x in-game.

I too have the same problem. Though for me in-game quest turnings give the correct xp, but kills give 10x exp.

I wouldn't expect a fix for this that fast as I'm sure there are a lot more crucial game fixes to be made. But lets hope they get to it soon.
