Descrierea bugului / Bug description: As the talent says, its multiple your crit chance on frozen targets, but its dont.It crits like on "unfrozen" targets ( This problem started today ... Other mages confirmed this bug too )
Dovada / Proof: I cant screen 100 simple fb, and 100 "frozen targeted" fb, i hope its not a big problem : /

+1 confirmed, e un bug imens, nu dai absolut nici macar 1 crit pe frozen targets, nu ca prinzi doar cat ai tu normal pe tooltip, nu dai nici macar 1 asta pe frozen.
Va rog reparati-l pt ca magul frost isi pierde la propriu jumate din damage din asemena bug.

Aceeasi problema si la mine ,e grava treaba .Am inceput sa nu mai dau crit nici cu frostbolt ... daramite cu ice lance...Problema majora , trebuie rezolvata , salut.

Am facut un mic test am urcat la 33% crit... din 20 de speluri toate crituri...(in shatter 99%)
Apoi am scazut la 18%...din 20... 1 crit...(in shatter 54%)
Nu cred ca e nevoie sa umplu topicul de poze se poate testa foarte usor ingame + ca deja au confirmat si alti magi.

Nu merge...tocmai asta e.
La 54% crit chance(shatter) am dat 1 crit din 20 de icelanceuri.

Bump! Se poate fixa chestia asta cat mai urgent? E un bug major, si nu e greu de fixat, avand in vedere ca pana la faza cu exploiterii de conq cap si shutdownul implicit, talentul mergea destul de bine, adica da dadeai crits, nici atunci prea multe, dar nu ca acum 0.
Magul frost isi pierde jumate din damage, din cauza unei defectiuni ori la Shatter, ori la critical formula in combinatie cu Shatter, ca fara frozen targets crits merg relativ normal.
