Descrierea bugului / Bug description: in spellbok pe steady shot scrie 1.92 sec cast....dar eu il castez in 2.4

Hidden cast time de 0.5 secunde(delay).
Toate casts de la hunter au asa ceva deci Aimed Shot,Cobra Shot si Steady Shot sunt afectate.

Mai e un report ce a scapat la Confirmed complet eronat.

Mai e un topic in legatura cu asta -.-....Si nu , haste-ul nu afecteaza cum trebuie steady shot/cobra shot/Aimed Shot

Cum indraznesti si iti permiti sa spui ''complet eronat'' cand nici macar nu ai citit bug report-u ala? Am adus print de pe blizz 4.3 cu cast time la steady shot. Am observat ca te mai bagi si pe la altii prin topicuri,dar de acu incolo sa nu te mai vad in ale mele,pana nu vii cu ceva adevarat care sa contrazica argumentu meu.Also ''a scapat la confirmed?'' inseamna ca tu automat,gm-ul ce la pus acolo il consideri ca n-are o treaba; Continuati drumul in topicurile altora,si nu o mai fa unde postez eu atata timp cat nu ai vreun argument adevarat.
