Descrierea bugului / Bug description: quest items buguit .. poti da cu el unde vrei si face mult lag + crash ( [Ysondre's Tear] quest itemsu) , quest se numeste [Sealing the Dream] care il poti lua din Feralas , cand dai click pe el casteaza si explodeaza cu fum verde

Disabled temporar (nu mai poate fi utilizat niciunde). Nu am timp acum insa voi face sa verifice in ce zona esti si sa nu te lase sa folosesti daca nu esti unde trebuie

Fixed,poti sa folosesti doar la portal si o sa apara un item cooldown (dupa restart) ca sa nu fie spamabil.
