The alliance version of dangerous love quest chain quest2 seems to be bugged currently on exodus (was it fixed already on genesis?), the horde guards have the heavily perfumed buff and the first quest seems to work even if you're alliance.
However the next step doesn't work and you cant get the http://www.wowhead.com/item=49867 from the npcs.
According to the item finder you can only get them from the object which is currently not spawned

Cel mai probabil este ceva account side , am incercat cu oameni care nu au achievementul , dar si cu cei care il au .
Am incercat cu 2 cosuri , dar si cu unul singur.
Am incercat toate zonele , toate tipurile de mancare.
Am incercat cu party , raid , dar si fara.
Ma gandesc , ca problema vine de la buffuri care se pun se pare cu un timer random , odata tine 1 minut , odata 10 secunde , odata 2 secunde.Incearca sa pui niste buffuri fixe , de cca 1 minut sa vedem daca merge.In mod normal cosul ar trebui sa ramana cat pentru 2 utilizari de 2 playeri diferiti , iar bufful pus sa ramana pana te ridici de langa cos...
Daca nu reusesti sa il faci cum trebuie , am aprecia daca am putea primi achievementul imediat cum dam click pe cos , sau sa faci treaba cu buttermilk pe un range de 10-20yd de cel mai apropiat cos...

Just click on Crown Supply Sentry
    Note - You must have Crown Parcel Service Uniform (applies to you on quest-take), if you cancelaura it, you won't be able to complete the quest unless you abandon & start it again


Regarding Heavily Perfumed - After rr, all Stormwind City Guard & Stormwind City Patroller will have it as well, however you can complete the quest right now by using the quest item on those guards in front of Stormwind

Nu cred ca e de la buff, bufful dispare doar pentru ca si cosul dispare rapid (facusem cosul sa nu mai dispara dupa primul charge si sa ramana bufful cat esti in range), am testat rapid cu cineva aseara si tot nimic. Vom vedea in seara asta/maine Lonely si Charming

Hai ca usor usor se rezolva - pana se termina eventu. Pe mine ma " oftica " ca nu s-au pus bratarile la charming si tre sa farmez alte alea ca facusem multe.

Ce am facut ?
Am mers am cumparat cosul si cutia cu mancare ( unde se afla Buttermilk Delight ).
Am mers in dalaran ( langa fantana )
Am pus cosul, am dat click pe el, s-a asezat si a baut de 2-3 ori dupa am mancat Buttermilk Delight si mi-a dat achivul.

Am mai facut acelasi lucru pe un alt account si mi-a mers fara probleme.

Am facut fix cum au spus cei ce au facut achiv si nu a mers. am incercat toate variantele posibile si nu a mers.
