Alright, but I just tried twice and it still doesn't work for me. The first time I targetted the NPC Chemical Wagon and the second time I just came close to it without targetting.

Nu va luati dupa calendarul din joc... pe 19 februarie se termina event-ul, asa ca mai sunt 5 zile (si maruntis) pentru a fi reparate acelea doua... patience is a virtue -
