How can you get Chaos orbs when the instances are not working ? Becasue i want to craft Elementium poleaxe for transmog

And 25 points for 1 chaos orb ....isn't cheap at all

It's not cheap indeed. The price is optimal.

If you're feeling bad(?) about spending 25 vote points to get an chaos orb for your polearm, you have always alternative to buy the polearm directly from the vote shop, which will cost you 100 vote points.

You can buy them from action house if you have gold ofc, vote for them or trade something else for them.Some of us have some spare ones from 4.0.6
