64client? Download the client 64 times.
64bit client for XP? Download the regular client.
64bit client for Win7? I have no solution for that because XP > Win7.

Try this. Before applying it MAKE A BACK UP of your whole wow folder. These are official blizz files and I don't know if they work well with private servers. I can't test them myself either since i'm running a 32-bit OS, plus I don't have the HDD space.

You can't run the default executable on private servers. You need a patched binary to do that. If you don't have a patched binary the following issues will occur:
-Unable to talk to npcs
-Unable to cast spells
-Sometimes not displaying gameobjects

So you need a patched binary to run the game in a playable state for private servers.

So then this is an opportunity for freakz to have it's own 64-bit client files. Just need to be patched.

Why would you want a 64bit client when you can run the default one on a 64bit windows?

More memory allocation for caching, Faster math operations, SYSWOW64 does not have to translate 32bit system API calls into its 64bit counterpart.
