You cant, just use the website's unstuck feature and never set foot there ever again.

Why are you questing in Eastern Plaguelands in the first place?

Download the addon Cromulent (http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/cromulent/563069) if you are new to questing. It will show you level brackets and their dungeons to their perspective zone.

This way you can avoid going to crash zones and quest happily in another place.
