Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Shatter la mage frost...e clar ca nu merge..am testat...nu inmulteste critu pe frozen target la maxim points in talents-a mai facut cineva screenshot uri...nare rost sa mai fac si eu....daca am 20 crit chance...cu shatteru care ar trebui sa mearga la un frozen target si full in talent points pe shatter normal ar fi sa am 60% crit chance....dar nu e asa..pe frozen...tot 20% cric chance ramane...indiferent ca e frozen....e clar ca nu merge...e grav,ca face tot pentru frost mage talentul asta....fara asta...frost mage e degeaba...

Ce proof frate....fati un frost mage..pune in shatter full talent....apoi dai freez pe target si vezi cat ai critul...e simplu....ai sa vezi ca critul ramane exact acelasi...si ar trebui sa se inmulteasca cu 3......cand spun ca nu merge stiu despre ce vorbesc....nu vorbesc ca sa ma aflu in treaba....

Freeze nu iti creste tie crit-ul care il vezi in char sheet. Eu cand l-am testat mi-a fost destul de greu sa nu dau crit avand doar 15% crit chance.


Off: sunt curios ce e cu atatea puncte de suspensie si lipsa cratimei. Ma scuzi dar ce scrii tu acolo arata mai degraba a cuvinte random luate din caietul unui prescolar care inca nu a invatat ce este cratima; gen cel cand inveti sa faci bastonase si etc, apoi scrii cateva propozitii simple de 100 ori pana te inveti cu "desenatul" literelor.
