UI Interface not saving???

i want to set my spells on ui interface. everything works fine but after reloaging all the spells just vanish and i need to set them again and again.


any suggestion??? i already tried by deleting cache and wtf folder but Same Problem.

I have had the same issue, but much more localized. I have all toolbars turned on, and I only 'lose' icons on the 2 right side rows. I have professions/mage spells (portals, teleport), and such, and they randomly drop off in between game sessions. The bar doesn't wipe completely though. For example, lately I'll lose the enchanting and mage teleport icons, but the disenchant, cooking, and tailoring icons remain.

I know this doesn't help resolve, but I wanted to chime in since your issue is a shared one.

Do you exit the game properly ? By hitting Escape - Exit Game ?

95% of the time I use /logout and sit at the character screen and exit from there. There have been a couple of occasions where I have tabbed the game to check the forums/guides/item finder and it wouldnt tab back to the game so I had to kill the game by right clicking the taskbar and "closing program" that way.

To be honest, I'm not sure if my issue is tied to those instances, but it has definately not been exclusive. The mage teleport icon in particular has been every single log-in for a week. (I always dump it on the inside bar of the right 2 toolbars).

In the coming days I will ensure a proper logout scheme and follow-up here if I see any pattern.

I'm using bartender and that never happened to me on freakz, but I remember having that problem on another server whenever I changed specs and I think I just deleted the cache+wtf but as I can see thats not working for you :/

Usually if you hit alt-f4 or x on the window (if you play in windowed mode) or kill it from task manager, things like spells, macros, binds aren't saved.
Maybe that's the issue, tell us if everything is ok after you exit it properly for some time.

It happened to me aswell, + macros. All you have to do is use .save and logout for each progress in order to get them saved properly.

There's a few instances where I've noticed buttons disappearing.

1. Hunter's Call Pet ability. When I put the Call Pet button on a bar, it disappears on logout. If I put a specific pet on the bar like Bear or Cat, it stays.

2. Mage Teleports are the same. Teleport button on the bar disappears but specific teleports (ie, Dalaran, Org, etc.) stay on the bar just fine.

3. Increasing a profession. When increasing skill from (as an example) Journeyman to Expert , the button will stay on the bar until you log out. This has happened with every profession that I've come across.

Same goes for guild perks, it worked fine during 4.0.6a so i suppose it could be ported to 4.3.4 with minor issues. However i don't know if there is a bug report post (can't speak Romanian).

Back in 4.0.6a prof buttons on the action bar turned "gray" (unclickable) after learning the next prof rank. I never had the problem with a disappearing prof button, but that goes for 4.0.6a only. I can't provide up-to-date info regarding 4.3.4.
