Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Killing machine procs way too less. Somthimes dosent proc for minutes.
Dovada / Proof: Killing Machine is based on a proc-per-minute system, based around an average of 6 procs per minute.

As i tested it seems the DW has more procs then 2H. Thats another BUG. The faster the weapon the less chance to proc. So there is a balance between DW and 2H so at the end they equal. I wonder if the guys who are in charge for fixing bugs are aware of spells system at all.

Killing machine can only proc 6 times for minute like you just said, but that doesn't mean that it will always proc 6 times every min, the talent just adds a chance to get a crit on frost strike/obliterate. So it can spend hours and never proc (then i would have to say that you have a bad luck )

Tho i might be wrong but that's my opinion.

Sure u might have bad luck. But is not posible that DW to have way more procs then 2H when it should be the same. Faster weap = less chance/hit. thats the System.
