Item Level Requirments for Battlegrounds

Probably both horde and aliance are expiriencing problems with ppl who are entering in battlegrounds under 100k hp. Is it possible to add item lvl requirments so ppl have to buy Vicious gear before entering in battleground?

Why it would be retarded? Some ppl can farm money and buy the gear, others who are lazy and like being carried should not be let into bgs before they earn it.

There are people that have no idea how to play, also random bgs are intended for gearing up. If you want competitive pvp you have rated battlegrounds and arenas.

Since none of the old dungeons and raids are working, how do you think people can gear up their new characters? Jump into DS or BH with 100k hp? Do arenas? Farm ET when no one will invite them because of their lack of gear?

dunno about you, but i geared up by getting rep gear and BoE epics/Molten front epics, then doing competative dps in ET.

hell, i'm using 346 head and shoulders in game because pve gear is better than pvp gear for pve lol

Just by doing quests in Tol Barad for one you can end up with 4k+ gold, not to mentions that some blue/epic items can be dropped. Two days in Tol Barad and you can buy all parts from Vicious Gear in AH.

Personally I don't see the point. Bare in mind that there are people who still don't know what item level is in the first place. And by the way, battlegrounds are designed for EVERYONE, not just for a handful of people with a certain requirement met.
Premades, on the other hand, are a viable solution.

2 days in BG-s and you can have 2 whole sets of Ruthless gear. Not to mention how hard it is to kill a group of NPCs with low hp.

do dailes, earn money, buy crafted gear or just develope proffession you need for that gear. end of story, i still think ilvl req is a good idea
