Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Animatia apare pe jos chiar daca targetul care il ataci nu poate primi slow. Fixul a fost bagat in Patch 4.0.1 .

Dovada / Proof: "Desecration no longer triggers when an applicable strike hits a snare-immune target. This is primarily to avoid unnecessary spell effect clutter during boss encounters."
