Legendary Items Transmogrification

I do not know if this subject was discussed before. I used the forum search engine but no subject was found open on this topic.
Because this is a private server, I dare to bring onto discussion the problem of legendary items and their transmogrification.

Why we do not allow transmogrification, from and onto, legendary items? I notice the only way to obtain legendary items is by donations. Yes, i know, Blizzard intentionally did not allow and will not allow transmogrification from legendary items. But this is not about Blizz, this is about a private server. I consider simulating the donations system on donations on a few old historical items, with a important memories for the old players; many items not even available in game anymore. As such, there would be nice money earned from a poorly used mechanism, because right now the only utility of legendary items is constituted by the simple "donor show-off" in cities and sanctuaries. From my humble point of view, old legendries together with the transmogrification system can prove an important income for Freakz server, without giving performance advantages, but only related to design.

This subject is open for suggestions, opinions, and commentaries; in a civilized matter.

Blizzarrd is right to not allow legendaries to be transmog'able. Legendary weapon should stay legendary as it is.
Besides, this case was discussed long time ago here and they refused, so your effort is futile.

My opinion on this is that you wish to get the 2 Legendary sword from Illidan and transmog your Cataclysm ones to them. If that is the Case then NO You may not look that cool while other classes pale next to your looks.

Wrong. I wish to donate and receive Atiesh and transmogrify my current staff to it. There is no point in receiving Atiesh just to hold it in some storage unit like most people do.

Wowowowow...wait...
With all respect to the Atiesh staff, it's one of the best staffs ingame, also for that birds effect(pity it's buff and not model effect). But... it's also last staff anyone would like to transmog into.
So I also dare to think it's either all about warglaives or thunderfury, maybe shadowmourne. Nor that is any important anyway.

If you'd like to have an use of low lvl legendaries, roll either a lvl 60 or 70 twink.
