Eram in Baradin Hold 10n si am omorat Alizabal. Totul bine, Bazawr era master looterul deci a inceput prin anuntarea itemului (in cazul de fata era un item de druid, se vede in partea din dreapta jos in fereastra de loot, care la inmanat fara probleme castigatorului rollului, Heya). Apoi la al doilea item, l-a anuntat era un item de DK, eu i-am spus ca sunt singurul DK si am dat roll dupa care imediat am primit kick din raid.

So we killed azzibal , he gave the 2 pvp items corectly and then he actually said he was going to ninja .

He aded a member of his guild to the raid (vremon) and then kicked the rest of the people so he could ninja the t 13

For this last one, I think you guys should know some additional info.

There were TWO other DPS warrs in that group (Crisem and Warno); and maybe more?
They were immediately kicked from the raid.
PELUU looted the TANK hands.
VREMON later looted the DPS legs.

What else can we say?
I'm thinking of blacklisting their whole guild.

The actual GUILDMASTER takes part in ninja looting.
What kind of leadership does that show to lower ranked members?

If the action of ninja looting is that high up the ranks, would it be fair to say the entire guild has a potential to ninja loot and should be avoided completely?

Well we can't really be sure about it.

It doesn't show him kicking people from the group.
Maybe (and this is not sure) he's linking random items, or he just wants to get muted?

Anyway - a better proof (like kicking from the raid / leaving the group) would be a lot better.

As for selling items - it is a MUTABLE offense (2 days 10 hours).
But in SOME cases it doesn't mean ninja looting happened (ie. no one in the group can use the item).

"i can't be banned"
"majority of guilds are ninjas so who cares?"

- The last part is actually VERY important, because in that raid, there were 2-3 OFFICERS from <Crushers>.
Not just MANO/BBANNED - the other people who had the assistant were also officers/members/alts.

So if their mentality is: "Majority of guilds are ninjas, it's OK if we do it to."
It shows a very wrong way of thinking.
It influences their other guild members to do the same thing.

It is not fair to put me on the black list just because you were not paying attention to the first time rolling items. When I linked the Item and said roll, nobody rolled (including you). After this, I ask in guild if anybody wants it on any of chars and the lock said, "i want it". I give it to him and u wake up saying that I just did ninja roll.

I ask both of you to reROLL and you win. I ask him to give you the item and he does not want. I will probably leave the guild. I don't like to ninja. There is no more fun if you do this in a simple game.

If you don't mind scratching me out from the blacklist I will be more than pleased.

Again, its not my fault that you woke up too late about that token.

I find it hard to believe that people forgot to roll for a t13 token, in almost all cases everyone wants it so much that they will pay attention when it is linked in chat.

Regardless I will wait for Healorftw (the guy who reported you) to confirm or deny this.

there was mail feet, essence and the token ..... he give to roll twice the feet and the essence ..... the tokken was gived instantly to bbanned whitout roll ..... and he give reroll this item .... but bbanned had already in the bag the t13 token .... i dont know it was accidently or not .... but in the first picture you can see Bbanned don`t give a shit about this post ..... i suggest for GM .... give him 3 weeks of CD for all instances

- GMs will NOT punish a ninja; it is never punishable by any staff, in any server.
The most that we can do, as players, is to just inform other people which ninjas (people and guilds) to avoid.

This is what the Blacklist is for - just to communicate/give information.

Probably because it's only your alt, and your real guild rank is higher.

Mano has left the guild two days ago so I am unable to punish him, his rank was Initiate(R7@Armory, R8 is for alts, there are no other alts with higher rank). About Bbanned, I won't sanction him since he wasn't master looter. The officers( Diuss and the others) had nothing to do with this, all the groups for Normal/Heroic DS we're made during the week, they're only option left was to Global Raid. One last thing: I would ask of you not to presume we're all ninjas. When you see the Guild Master(Ciocosr) doing this kind of stuff only then you can say we're all ninjas.
