Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu primesti buff-ul de Improved Steady Shot daca dai 2 x steady shot la rand pe absorb.

Efectul de Improve ar trebui sa se puna imediat ce se termina de castat Steady Shotu nu cand atinge targetul.
