Bug description: this talent convert flame orb to frostfire orb and gain chill effect this. With these talents https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=83074&&name=fingers-of-frost (wowhead link) , https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=44549&&name=brain-freeze (wowhead link) there would be 20% and 15% chance to procc from frostfire orb's every ticks

Yes, you're right, Brain Freeze and Fingers of Frost does not proc from your Frostfire Orb.
