I've seen some topics with a lot of prints where Rogues were hitting for a way too high amount on geared targets (good resil, armor).
Until a few weeks back, everyone was complaining about them doing no damage, then the Find Weakness fix came and now everyone is pro and the rest should l2p, obviously something is wrong.
I've made this topic so I can get ideas on what might be wrong with them. It might be something related to Find Weakness, I'll do some tests when I got time.
Also, the skills people were complaining about are Eviscerate, Ambush, Backstab. The formula for Eviscerate is fine and Faith demonstrated that Ambush and Backstab have the right formulas aswell, so the problem is coming from another place.

putin off : Nu ai de unde sa ce gear avea warr ala,poate avea umeri arma si restul erau vicious,nu te poti baza pe chestia asta.
Ai vazut si tu ce damage da pe aialalti mai imbracati "CU TOT CU LEGENDARE"(damage mic).

@ alea din poza ta nu sunt daggerele legendare,sunt doar s11 elite.

Legendarele le are cel din clip. Eu ma refeream ca da putin cam mult dmg rogue si fara legendare... da chiar mai tare decat pe oficial cu legendare

2. Daca ii ia ~20% din HP (uita-te la hp) cu un hemo de 20k, cat poate avea total hp?

In fine filmele facute in bgs nu prea sunt relevante. Cel mai corect e sa te uiti la alea facute la high rate @ arena 2s/3s unde pici in majoritatea cazurilor cu playeri cu full gear. Acolo se poate vedea diferenta cel mai bine.

Da..era dk (am zis warr ca citisem #1comment de la video si mi-a ramas in cap)..si cum spune si bunk,rogue la noi pe server da tare si fara legendare,cum se vede cat de cat si in proof-ul ala; evident acum o sa sara toti cei care joaca rogue pe mine,ca domne "tre' sa stii sa joci"..serios cat trebuie sa stii sa joci sa dai un ambush de 38k in full burst? ) . Anyway uite aici:

Pe targete cu gear si cu armura mare (gen dk , shaman) nu trece de 15-16k crits cu ambush sau 10k cu backstab crit.

Pe freakz se observa crituri de 17-20k cu BACKSTAB pe shaman/dk cu icebound sau chiar 32-35k ambush la fel pe dk (vezi minutu' 5:20 a dat 32k ambush fara shadowstep) .

Acum o sa veniti sa ziceti "ala are 20% attack power de la hunter" . Pai daca 20% attack power inseamna 120% dmg increase... nu avem decat sa ne apucam sa jucam toti cu hunter.

A btw era sa uit... armele celui de pe blizz sunt mai bune decat ce are inofensive (t1).

I told everyone that rogues are bugged and have patheticly high damage. If every formula is correct, then resilience is bugged on freakz. I saw a 130k HP hunter shoot 40k chimera shot in Poorguy (rank1 2v2 3v3 player here, uber badass mage, welcome haters)

Maybe its something about that. Even warlocks are so epicly squishy whereas they have the most damage reduction ingame (NOT ARMOR!) If I find the video about a legendary rogue duelling a warlock hitting only 10k in him I'll post it for proof.

I've checked his armory a few times, he likes to walk around with tons of pve gear and less than 4k resilience, ofc he'll take 40k chimera lol.

When he whines about damage he is in 5k resil. I always rofl him on skype if he cries about getting 50k+ in half pve

Nevertheless he has more than 5k resil when he is getting 40k+

Btw this thread is about rogue, not mages or hunters.
