Eu cred ca trebuie sa mentii un regim alimentar bogat in proteine si alte sarurii sau vitamine, si un antrenament la sala zilnic cu efort regulat. Intra si tu pe net vei gasi o gramada de site-uri specializate in acest domeniu.

Am primit ceva sfaturi de la un doctor nutritionist si un antrenor care ziceau asa :
Vrei sa depui masa musculara ? Mancanca orice si oricat si cat mai des ( sa fie sanatos ) si mergi la sala de catea ori pe sapt. si fa cu greutati in asa fel incat sa poti face multe repetari..

Masa mulsculara se face cu greutati mari si miscari putine ...de ex incepi prima serie cu greutati mai mici 12-15 miscari seria a doua cu greutate mai mare 8-10 miscari seria a treia greutate mai mare si faci 6 miscari si seria a patra adaugi cat mai mult la greutati dar sa poti face 2-4 miscari asa fortzate -

..Daca faci cu greutati mici si multe miscari 15-20+ aia e deja definire a muschilor nu cresterea lor.

Foarte corect ... eventual mai rogi un baiat sa te ajut in momentul in care nu poti dar esentialu este sa fortezi la greutate mare daca vrei masa musculara

Dap e indicat sa ai un prieten care sa te ajute la serii sau si mai bine daca ati face antrenamentul impreuna ..eu am facut sala 4-5 ani si stiu cam tot -

Eu nu ma duc la sala...ma scol de dimineata si bag flotari si tras de gantere ( am acasa 2 de 4 kg, nu trebuie sa fie grele, faci de multe ori si cat mai des), fac abdomene, genoflexiuni etc...important e sa faci ceva
