Descrierea bugului / Bug description: the spell when the target is at 25% health you can not do by clicking once the spell but to activate it you have to click several times on the spell to activate

Yes because you have that glyph : https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=55682&&name=glyph-of-shadow-word-death and you spam death after you already casted once but in spellbar doesn`t appear the global cooldown for another death withoud cd.
