You are wrong. It is punishable in blizzard servers. If thy see a clear ninjaing like in my case, they remove the item from it's current owner and/or suspend him. Read the rules!

Hello harshal777,

You provided two Screenshots.. but all I can see is a roll and a chat between you and Needlegun.
You didn't capture the ninjaing itself in your SS's. I checked everyone that rolled's armory + Needlegun himself, but those leggings didn't pop up anywhere.
Can you explain me in more details/ upload SS that shows that he's ninjaing or find someone from the raid grup to confirm your story.

He said allyn won it and will use it but she already has leggings. that means he will use token for offspec leggings... now that is wrong right?

yes, but as his armory says he didnt recieve the leggings.

Did anyone from that raid receive the token? If not, then from Needlegun's whisper on the 2nd screenshot I can only think of only 1 guy the token went to - Alleyn, the pala with t13 leggings.
