There are multiple ways of getting somebody's login info.
OP's image appears to be a scam or a phishing attempt (social engineering possibly?) but if someone is stupid enough to do that then they really deserve it.
Secondly, WHO THE HELL IS USING A NUMBER-ONLY 2 DIGIT REPEATING PASSWORD ?

This was password of Qinqla in 2012. When there was 4.0.6! I am sure about my words.
New password is different I know it at the moment and this is for already 5-6 month, nobody ever knew about new password, ESPECIALLY some nerd-tard from Romania Bucharest -
