Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Vialu procuie din Sap si gouge desi nu ar trebui. E aiurea sa pierzi N open-uri din cauza asta mai ales daca joci rogue/mage pt k open-u poate sa fie 50 % sau chiar mai mult din arena.

Da,pe langa asta pare sa nu se scaleze 100% cu RaP cum ar trebui,se observa foarte clar diferentele intre un rogue cu same AP si un hunter cu same ap,same vial pe same target.
Ar trebui verificate foarte atent toate proc flags de la cap la coada.

Faceti lista cu spells din care nu trebuie sa procuie: sap/gouge/consecutive shot/etc.

Legat de scalat: Tocmai am testat cu 58k attack power atat pe hunter cat si pe rogue damage e acelasi, totul e ok, data viitoare PROOFS.

Eu am vazut dmg indentic pe recount la vial of shadows la rogue si hunter aproape acelasi minimum hit si acelasi ACELASI maximum crit cu 16000 ap , aceleasi trinkete . In schimb la un fight de 6 min la hunter ia procuit de 48 de ori mie ca rogue de 69 de ori .

Momentan la noi nu procuie din abilitati melee (si ranged dupa restart), doar din white hits, nu e normal sa procuie mai des la un rogue? (are 2x weapons cu speed mic fata de un hunter care are 1 arma si cu speed destul de mare).
Dupa ce se va aplica fixul facut de mine ar trebui sa fie ok. Cu cat ziceti mai repede spells din care sa nu procuie trinketul, cu atat va fi fixat mai repede.

Momentan la rogue nu trebuie sa procuie din Gouge si Sap , la hunter nu sunt sigur.

Din scatter shot pe langa lightning strike (vial) wild quicker sau auto shot nu ar trebui sa dai cand dai scatter shot asta ca paranteza.
