Character present in new account

I just came here to ask , is it normal to find a lvl 29 character in my recently created account?

Can you start from the begining and explain in details what do you mean? Because I hardly "belive" in what I understood from that.

Htethtet was the char already present in the account and Abec was the char I created.

If you look closely the red ip is a different one from yours. I even think it's from another country. Change your mail, wow freakz, forum password. Change each one of them to be sure you won't have the same problem again
