Descrierea bugului / Bug description: cand sunt 2 druizi balance in raid si unul din druizi aplica Earth and Moon pe target celalalt cand aplica si el ii dispare celuilalt druid

Genul ala de debuf are efect pentru toti cei din party/raid, nu conteaza ca dispare de la tine si apare la altul; cat timp dai in acel mob si esti in party cu celalat druid sau dk(ebon plaguebringer) ar trebui sa beneficiezi de el chiar daca nu este debuful tau prezent pe mob.

Acum intrebarea mea este: daca esti in party cu alt druid si respectivul aplica earth and moon si tu dai in acelasi target ai damage increase sau nu ?

Daca nu, atunci e buguit fix ce am zis eu: trebuie sa aiba efect atat pentru party cat si pt raid.

Daca primesti damage increase inseamna ca nu e buguit.

chestia e ca nu primesc si cand pun eu earthu pe target celalalt druid pateste la fel, ne cam furam debuffu
asa e si la feral cu ripp-ul dar nu ma bag pt ca nu joc feral .

100 hits no earth and moon debuff

100 hits with earth and moon debuff from player "Ascultmanele"

So even if you do not put the debuff on the target you still benefit from the effects

8/100*1192+1192=1287.84

Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
