Bug description: Doesn't proc Lock and Load as per T.N.T (20% proc chance from talent). Basically 0 proc.

Just use
#showtooltip ice trap
/castsequence reset=10 trap launcher, ice trap
and don't even bother putting a single point in tnt

I am talking about Black Arrow and T.N.T proc but your talking just about Lock and Load.

I confirm , btw star would you like 1 proc /30 seconds or 2 procs / 20 seconds ? that's how it kinda goes with the tnt influence about lnl .
Fix this fast please , it's a game killer for us survivals .
