Last time i wrote ticket about bug class, which can be used to abuse, i got response "post it on forum". I wanted to help game masters, tell them what to fix, and i got response "go post on forum". As Uldred said, Game Masters appears on exodus only to ban people or mute them, sometimes to write "join 3vs3".

Merge Exodus and Genesis make 1 big international REALM or bring back the bosses like it was before.

Not to mention some annoying bugs that were present on Exodus, but not on Genesis. Like the scoruge strike's shadow damage bug not so long ago.

As for GMs' precense on Exodus... It was fine long time ago, but now command like ".gmn" is basicly useless because there's almost never any GM to see the report and check the potential hacker.
I wasn't making tickets for quite some time because didn't need to, but I see people everyday QQing they're waiting even days till they get response from a GM.

I friend of mine got help after 10 min of waiting.They log in usually when it's night.

Depends what problems you have.I asked in a ticket if a talent is bugged or not,waited a day they didn't replied so I went to ask on the forums,in 3 hours they answered my question.

Idk why u guys bother to try change shit around here.Its obvious the server is dead or atleast exodus,i mean cmon shocker became a money whore
+ the fact that no1 cares about our opinion and as a whole about exodus can discourage every player to just leave. Leave DS aside and look at all the lies about pvp fixes, doing something about the 3v3 situation, fixing the fps drops and the occasional lag for most of the non gypsy player base and the double global cd.
