Descrierea bugului / Bug description: im almost sure that base spel damage and spel power benefit percentage is a bit low .
Dovada / Proof: read this links and comments about(cata date) you will find out that base damage is 450 and spel power percentage is 33.33% (wowhead links)

According to simcraft sp coefficient is 26.7% and base damage 390.75; but mmo-champ says base damage is 375.

if i knew about this i would take screenshot from wowhead formul
when bliz was on 4.3.4 live

i think base damage was 380 on wotlk though
