rune of cinderglacier works on frost strike fine (buf stays after 1st strike and disappears after the 2nd strike) but on Howling Blast it gets consumed right away.

ok i feel really stupid right now


The runeforge states to do 20% extra dmg to your next 2 ATTACKS, not the next 2 frost/shadow dmg.
It implies to me that 1 attack is 1x frost strike or 1x howling blast or 1x death coil.
Howling blast is an aoe attack and thus every1 getting hit should get the dmg + 20% in that radius and counts as 1 attack.
and imo cinderglacier certainly not get consumed on the 2nd component of dmg done.

Sure curious how this works on retail..

You are right there shadowclaw, as many other things bugged here like some spells that have a chance of x% to proc some other spell/etc and here on the server have x% chance per target hit [#], instead of the chance to be divided among all affected.

Howling blast should consume 1 stack no matter how many targets it hits.


[#] just an example: Maw of the Dragonlord's proc chance from healing rain and other aoe's....just love when it deals the heal twice as often as it should, NOT.

this bug persist since the svr was updated, if you spam aoe dmg (frost, shadow) on more then one target, then it consumes all stacks of the rune. i didn't explained correctly on the first post, lazy mofo
