I have problem with [Running Wild] Dosen't work i see trainer its clear... And on Spellbook says to go to trainer and learn but all trainers is empty

Make a ticket asking a GM to set that in your spellbook. (Don't ask that before you are level 20).

Learn riding first.

It's about reputation if I'm not wrong. You need to be exalted with an faction to learn riding from them.
Go to the riding trainer next to gryphon master in Stormwind (the one that teaches flying), and you should be able to learn basic riding skill.
