vote points question

I have over 350 vote points on my account and 10 leveled up characters at 85, so I cant have any more.. They are all alliance. I want to make a horde alt. Is there any way I could use those points to buy heirlooms for an alt on a different account since I cant have more than 10 characters?

Nah, that's rather impossible. And there's no any workaround, maybe except rolling another account and donating for instant level 85.
