[Paladin][PvE][PvP] Beacon of Light

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Whenever I heal a pet it doesn't heal the beaconed target. It happens only when I use Flash of Light, Divine Light, World of Glory and Holy Shock. Holy Light and Light of Dawn @ beacon are working nicely.

Also beacon doesn't transfer any heals when I use it on pets; I'm not sure if this is how it should work or not but the tooltip doesn't state any target requirements. This is a minor issue anyway, doesn't affect the gameplay that much.
