hi..i see that you need in guild DK blood and Shaman resto as main specs..i guess im lucky cz i have both:

DS hc achiev yor and morch..i pugged few hagara tries..my best was failure on 12%
Offspec dps can play frost or unholy..390 ilvl with hc weapons

Shaman Troll resto :

DS hc achiev yor and morch
Offspec curently building enhance..i can switch elemental if needed

So far i've been leading pugs all my raids..i have good experience in curent instances
