Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu mai procuie deloc din cate am testat la dumy si in ds procuie foarte aiurea sau chiar deloc, uneori dupa al 3-4lea steady !

3/3 am...problema a aparut dupa restartul de acum 1 sau 2 zile, cred ! Procuie dar doar random, dupa 3-4 steady in DS !

Edit: La 1/3 si 2/3 merge !

ON: Daca tot ai reparat asa de repede, poti sa faci sa iti dea buful din momentul terminarii castului ? -
si nu dupa ce steady atinge target ...

De ex, castezi 2 steady si dupa daca castezi si Aimed imd dupa, nu beneficiezi de acel 15% haste.
Vezi postul lui Azwraithz, el stie mai multe detalii !
