1. Santa Claus is in Dalaran (read the text description of the quests; also, use quest helper for details).
2. All quests MUST be made in party (NOT raid).
3. It does not matter if they drop something or not, because that's not the point of the event / quest (the "drop" you want is given at the end, by Santa Claus).
4. The valor points reward is a visual bug (sorry).
Event was already completed by some, works fine. Good luck searching and defeating the villains, rescuing the reindeers and getting your reward. Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!
