Issue 1

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: If you use smoke bomb on someone who is in an Ice Block he is not considered to be in the bomb so he can get healed from outside of it.
Dovada / Proof: Steps to reproduce this issue
Smoke bomb a mage who is in Ice Block and have a 3rd person heal him from outside of the bomb.

Issue 2

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Atunci cand ai divine shield nu poti da heal pe partener cand sunteti amandoi in smoke, la fel este si cu Hand of Protection .

Found a video here in which we notice :
@ 1:00 - the Mage is in Ice Block and gets Smoke Bomb-ed (the Smoke Bomb debuff on him is present while he is Ice Block-ed)
@ 1:04 - still in Ice Block+Smoke Bomb and he gets a heal of 19.591 from his Priest that is outside the Smoke Bomb .

Cine mai doreste sa aduca dovezi impotriva/pentru, mai las deschis topic-ul fix pentru acest motiv .

@ 1:55 se vede cum Prayeru' este deja in aer(lansat) si smoke-ul inca nu a fost pus/plasat .

@ 1:55 we see the Prayer already in the air/launched and the Smoke Bomb not yet placed .

Smoke bomb
Creates a cloud of thick smoke in an 8 yard radius around the Rogue for 5 sec. Enemies are unable to target into or out of the smoke cloud

deci daca priestu e in afara nu poate sa isi ia parteneru in target =nu poate da heal

cand postezi un video uitate de 2ori la el

+renew hot care il avea deja pe el
aoe heal care e normal sa mearga -> la fel cum si aoe speels gen blizzard dau dmg in smoke bomb.

Nu am zis si ce tip de heal este cum nici tu nu ai mentionat mai exact ce tip de heal nu ar trebui sa primeasca .

L2romana dupa scoate ochii altuia .

Uita-te in post-ul meu . Am adus posts de pe official forums ai am si testat exact ce ai vrut tu sa spui , eventual mai vroiam un film sa arate exact ca asa si este , nu observatii inutile .

Ce se observa din Blizz vids este ca desi ai Ice Block ,debuff-ul de Smoke Bomb apare pe tine spre deosebire de Freakz undeva nu este prezent .
