[FIXED] [Hunter][Pve][PvP] Bite,Claw,Smack doesn't scale with hunter's RAP after last fixes

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: After last fixes,those spells don't scale with hunter's RAP. I posted all 3 links because all 3 of them are using the same formula for the spells.

Image 1 : Without aspect (that gives RAP)
Image 2 : With aspect (that gives RAP)

Also,2 be tested @ spells that influence those 3,maybe they got bugged too after the last fixes.

Gresisem ceva la RAP scaling, ar trebui sa fie ok acum
