[Official] Paladin Protection Discussion Thread


EN:As the title says, here you can discuss everything, asking questions regarding the Protection spec. Also, you can ask for an advice or you can give one for PVE or PVP.

RO:Dupã cum spune ºi titlul, aici puteþi discuta orice, punând întrebãri cu privire la spec-ul Protection. De asemenea, puteþi cere sau puteþi da sfaturi pentru PVE sau pentru PVP.

Care credeti ca sunt cele mai bune trinkete pentru protection la moment ? Eu optez pentru http://www.wowhead.com/item=68996 si http://www.wowhead.com/item=78003 . Am avoidance cap si diferenta dintre parry si dodge < 1.

Eu optez pentru Soulshifter Vortex si Mirror of Broken Images la bosii care dau cu spell dmg mai mult... gen Ultraxion sau Yor'shaj sau Zon'ozz, dar daca am probleme si-mi iau hituri mari... folosesc Soulshifter Vortex si Indomitable Pride, mai mult HP => NO 1 shot !
Desigur, am avoidance cap si lafel ca tine diferenta mica intre parry si dodge ^^.


De ce optez pentru aceste trinkete ?
Mirror of Broken Images --> are cd de 1 min si poti sa-l folosesti intr-un macro cu Divine Protection + Glyph of Divine Protection => too imba.
Soulshifter Vortex --> multa stamina + mastery-ul care-ti garanteaza block chance-ul => pretty nice ^^.
Indomitable Pride --> lafel, multa stamina + acel absorm foarte mic, nu te poti baza pe el. In raport cu Mirror of Broken Images, le consider egale...

Sper ca te-am ajutat cu ceva ^^ !

S. of Execution are un efect de gen cauterize.. practic in lipsa de altceva dar fail pe termen lung, Mirror of B.I este cu mult peste S.o.E prin urmare, go for Tol Barad.
Foarte putin probabil sa ai probleme cu CTC daca inlocuiesti S.o.E.

Soulshifter Vortex - useless din punctul meu de vedere, odata ce ai CTC , acel mastery nu te prea ajuta + daca ai Indomitable Pride nu iti poti lua one shot de la melee damage

Mirror of Broken Mirrors - Folositoare doar la Yor'sahj 10hc si 25hc (doar daca stai solo tank). La Warlord zon'ozz nu prea ai nevoie de ea (la primul drain dai Divine Protection, la al 2 lea drain dai un WOG cu 3 HP si BOOM - Drain just got absorbed - ). La ultraxion majoritatea spell damage este / va fi unresistable (doar damage acela periodic poate fi resistable (Cred) ), deci pretty much useless

Indomitable Pride - E ok, protectie sa nu iti iei one shot de la melee damage

Stay of Execution - Asta chiar se merita , absorbul acela este foarte folositor daca sti sa il dai la momentul potrivit

Personal recomand sa jucati la Indomitable Pride si Stay of Execution , dupa ce faceti rost de Resolve of Undying schimbati Stay of Execution.

1 dodge = no damage

Unii spun ca Protection e mai bun la PVP decat Retribution,pentru ca are silence-ul si slow-ul (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=31935 (wowhead link)) oarecum aoe si pentru ca e mult mai rezistent cu 2 piese de heal pentru bonusul de resilience.Voi ce parere aveti?
