Embarrassing and Frustrating Lagspikes

I've just recently experienced having massive lagspikes while raiding and only when combat begins during a raid.
Spikes of 3000 ms up to 11000 have occurred.

This mostly occurs on or around the 14:00 to 19:00 mark (server time) - which is in the evening in my timezone (GMT+8).

I'm not sure if it's localized - since I'm in a flat and using the wifi - although attempting to use my own (split) LAN connection still has some lag issues.

Or maybe it's due to server (peak hours), as I'm the most affected due to being halfway around the world?

I didn't see anyone else complaining about this, so it should be localized.
Do you know any other filippino guys who play ?
Talk with them, ask them about this, if they are in the same city (basically I want to say if they have the same ISP as you) it's even better info.

While we're on the same topic about lagspikes and freezes - (and sorry for the double post - I sort of forgot my PW on my regular forum account since I'm using my phone)...

I was trying to lessen my FPS/MS issues during a raid - and it was suggested I change some of the settings in my interface.

I can't remember the stuff I changed exactly - but, using a Shadow Priest - I'm unable to see VAMPIRIC TOUCH on the boss.

I mean it's there, it's doing damage, but the debuff icon doesn't show up.
This happened a few times yesterday, and it seems to be fine now, although I don't want it to happen again especially during critical moments (since it's a major DPS loss to re-apply VT if you're only guessing if it expired or not).

Debuff issue is appearing for all classes in 25mans, especially on ultraxion. Its well known bug.
